Douglas ROWSELL Obituary

ROWSELL, Douglas Peacefully passed away with his family by his side on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Riza Rowsell. Loving step-father of Jenny Lynn, Jerry Lloyd and Jessica Love. Proud grandfather of CJ and Sypher. Douglas will also be missed by Jun Gapayan, Annabelle Ferrer and Jane, as well as his many friends. A visitation will be held at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home "Scarborough Chapel", 2900 Kingston Rd., on Monday, August 13th from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 1 p.m.

Dear uncle Doug,
I remember when you bought a brand new ATV Jorge me to pick up your model airplanes at Camp Borden.I really miss you and still love you as my step-father. Without you I would have had not left Philippines anymore to Canada for nothing. Thank you.

My Sincere condolences to the Rowsell family. I have known Doug since 1979 when I started in the construction industry.
We worked together on many projects and he was always kind to me.
He will be missed.
