Edward Jantos Obituary

JANTOS, Edward (1929 - 2009) - Peacefully, with his family by his side, on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at the Trillium Health Centre - Mississauga. Beloved husband of Renata for 52 years. Cherished father to Dorothy and Robert and his wife Anita. Adored Dziadziu to Benjamin. Dear brother of the late Walter, Stanley and Maria. Survived by his sister-in-law Mary. Edward will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and friends in Canada and Poland. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter ''Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy. 10, N. of the QEW), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Friday. Prayers 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 4260 Cawthra Rd., on Saturday January 24, 2009 at 11 a.m. Interment Assumption Cemetery. If desired, remembrances may be made to the Trillium Health Centre - Mississauga.

I never met your Father , but I believe I would have liked him . I have a Father who came from another place and put down his roots here and raised a family . I know how strong and tenaciaus good men like that are. My deepest sympathies to you Rob and your whole family
