flatley, Eileen - April 15, 1917 - April 27, 2016 Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at the age of 99. Beloved wife of William Flatley. Loving mother of Heather (Ed) and Charles (Kim). Eileen will be greatly missed by her 4 grandchildren, Alanna (Josh), Holly, Bridget and Sarah and all her family. She was a loving, generous person with a delightful sense of humour and a positive outlook on life. Eileen greatly enjoyed her friends and many summers at Wasaga Beach. She was a true lover of all animals. Special thanks to the caring staff at Orchard Villa Long Term Care Facility in Pickering, Ontario, especially those in the Birch and Maple wings. Visitation followed by a memorial service will take place at Paul O'Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E. (between Pharmacy and Warden), on Tuesday, May 3rd at 10:00 a.m. A reception with light refreshments will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in Eileen's name to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Toronto Humane Society would be appreciated.
