ELIZABETH FINLAYSON Obituary

FINLAYSON, ELIZABETH (BETTIE) Passed away quietly, April 6, 2022, in her 99th year, at Extendicare Log Term Residence, Brampton. Bettie was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth Finlayson in 2003, sisters Peggy Dyson and Patricia Jardine, nieces Margaret and Trish Jardine, and nephew Michael Dyson. Bettie embraced the Finlayson clan hosting many family parties. When not looking after "my Kenny", Bettie was doing upholstery, sewing her own clothes, water colour painting, caring for her rose garden and "javexing" her home and property. Special thanks to the caring staff involved with the Sheridan Wing for their support during Elizabeth's last 8 years. Cremation has taken place at Meadowvale Cemetery in Brampton. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Lochalsh Cemetery.
