HENDERSON, Elizabeth Bernice (Betty, nee Sisson) - Dedicated wife, mother and member of the United Church, passed away peacefully at the Trillium Manor, Orillia, on Friday, October 31, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Rev. Samuel Henderson. Cherished mother of Heather Henderson of Toronto, John Henderson and Kathy Granner of Smithers, BC. Dear sister of Stephen Sisson of Haliburton and Kathleen Green of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Aunt Betty will be missed by her niece and nephews. Friends may call at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home, Elmvale, from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m., Tuesday, November 4, 2014. Funeral service in the chapel on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment Palmerston Cemetery on Thursday at noon (weather permitting). Memorial donations to St. John's United Church, Elmvale or the SPCA would be appreciated by the family. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to www.lynnstonefuneralhome.com
