DOWLING, Ellen Elizabeth (Lillie) Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at the Dorothy Ley Hospice, Etobicoke, on Friday, April 6, 2018 at the age of 83. Lillie was reunited in heaven with her loving husband Kiernan (2006). Loving mother of Kieron and his wife Dee-Dee, Michael and his wife Luiza, Sandra and her husband John Douglas and Paul and his wife Susan. Proud and loving grandmother of Shannon, Kierdra, Colleen, Alex, Keely, Swanee and Sydney. Dear sister of George O'Gorman. Predeceased by sister May O'Toole. Lillie grew up in Ireland where she met her husband Kiernan. They immigrated to Canada in 1958 settling in Etobicoke and raising a family of 4 children. Her greatest joys in life were spending time with her children and grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Roman Catholic Church, 3055 Bloor St. W., Toronto on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Internment at Assumption Cemetery with a reception to celebrate her life to follow.
