Eugenia SCHMID Obituary

SCHMID, Eugenia (nee Kurceba) - Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, August 10, 2014. Beloved wife of Leopold for 60-plus years. Wonderful and dedicated mother of Leo (Marg), Peter (Ruth) and Michael. Proud Oma of Eric, Michael, Kirsten, Jessica (Kyle Harper), Cavelle (Bradley Denike), Brooke and Brandon. Deeply excited to be the Uhr Grosmutter of Wyatt Knox, whose arrival is anticipated in two weeks. Eugenia, you are forever in our hearts. Family and friends will be received at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & VISITATION CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229), on Wednesday, August 13th at 12:30 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 2 p.m. Interment to follow. If so desired, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

You were one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Your strength and love were an inspiration and I know your family is really going to miss you.
