Feliks CHAJCZYK Obituary

CHAJCZYK, Feliks - May 22, 1919 - May 12, 2014 After a lengthy illness, Feliks passed away at Credit Valley Hospital with his family at his side. Husband of Janina (Bondyra) for 64 years, Tata to Elizabeth (Richard Uleryk) and Diane (Wray Krompart), and Dziadziu to Michael (Crystal), David and Annmarie. Brother-in-law to the Bondyra family and uncle to nieces and nephews in Canada and Poland. From humble farming beginnings in Poland, he immigrated to Canada in 1947 and was forever grateful for the opportunity to live and thrive in Canada. Special thanks to Drs. Mohammed and Novosedlik and the nursing staff of 2B for their care. Visitation at Turner & Porter "Neweduk - Erin Mills" Chapel, 1981 Dundas St. W., Mississauga, ON, on Friday, May 16, 2014 (2:00 - 4:00 and 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.; Rosary at 8:00 p.m.) Funeral Mass at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 4260 Cawthra Road, Mississauga, ON, on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 1 p.m. Burial at Assumption Catholic Cemetery, 6933 Tomken Road, Mississauga, ON, Saturday, May 17, 2014. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
