NIELSEN, Flora Ester (Coppins) Honouring the generous life of Flora Ester Nielsen (Coppins), 81, please join together at St. James Church Vroomanton, Sunday, June 22nd, at 4:00 p.m., refreshments by U.C.W. following. Flora, (born 1926, Toronto), also lived in Vivian, Ballantrae, Mt. Albert, Stouffville, Vroomanton and Lake Simcoe. She served and enriched each community, and inspired many lives. Always helping, ever spirited, she passed on suddenly with heart conditions, June 8, 2008 at the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital. Danish-Finnish-Canadian daughter of Andy and Lea Nielsen of Vivian. Survived by youngest brother, Leo; Flora, eldest of deceased brothers Henry, John and Eric. Beloved wife of Lorne Coppins; the loving and learned mother of Gregory Forfar (Sophia), Wendy Bolton, and Jeffrey Forfar. Proud Nana to Jason Bolton, Anna O'Byrne (Tim), Wesley and Sarah Forfar, Jordan and Ailish Forfar. Cremation has taken place. Flora wished that gifts be made to The Canadian Cancer Society, the Vroomanton Church or charity of your choice.
