SWIFT, Francesca (Franca) Renata - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Franca Swift on Friday, July 9, 2010 at Brampton Civic Hospital. Beloved wife of the late James Swift, she will be dearly missed by daughter Anne and son-in-law Ralph Peters, sister Rosa Howlett and nephew Paul Howlett. Puppy Joe will also miss his 'Granny' and her treats. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 'Brampton Chapel', 52 Main Street South (Hwy. 10), Brampton on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Ward Funeral Home 'Brampton Chapel'. Interment to follow in Meadowvale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the William Osler Health Centre Foundation -- Brampton Civic Hospital or the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
