With profound sadness, the family of Frank Gillanders announces his peaceful passing on Friday, July 1, 2016 in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Joyce for 62 years. Devoted father to Cheryl (Ron), Arlene (Greg), Steve (Lisa) and Mike (Michele). Proudest grandpa of Katie, Kirstie, Lindsay, Brendan, Elizabeth, Joey, Rebecca, Lauren, Daniel, Zachary and Connor. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 o'clock on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at St. Paul's On the Hill Anglican Church, 882 Kingston Road, Pickering.In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome donations to the Alzheimer's Society in Frank's name.
