I have so many memories of both Frank and Joan who we called Aunt and Uncle. Our backyards connected and the "Dads" put in a gate. It must have been the pregnant women climbing the fence that motivated the men.
I have so many memories of Uncle Frank from when I was a child. He was always so good to me. Later on when I was old enough to babysit for Joan and Frank, he would get a flash light and walk me through the two backyards right to my door. Always making sure I got safely into the house. Frank sure loved his food and Aunt Joan used to make sure he had a bowl of hot homemade soup ready for him when he came home from work.
Love to all. I know you must me missing your Dad. I miss mine (Ken) terribly. He died June 29, 2018. After 71 years of Marriage Ina, followed him in just less than a year on Good Friday April 19, 2019.
Frank, Joan, Ken and Ina had a lot of fun times together while their kids were young. I still remember the laughter coming from our living room when they all got together for an evening of dinner and chatting with each other.
I´m sure they are all together once again.
I´m sending love to all of you.
