Frederick Allen Obituary
FREDERICK THOMAS ALLEN (RCN - WWII) December 22, 1915 -- July 21, 2010 Peacefully in his 95th year with family by his side, Fred, born and raised in Toronto, passed after a full and rich life. Devoted and loving husband to Jessie for 41 years, they traveled and spent most winters in Florida. Fred lived his life as a true gentleman and will be greatly missed by all. He leaves behind his loving wife Jessie, brother Jim, daughter Lorraine Hardie and husband Gordon, daughter Dianne Godden, son James Riley and wife Kathleen, daughter Marjorie Bond and husband Peter, grandchildren Sarah, Gordon Jr., Kristina, Matthew, Patti, Kenny, great- grandchildren Jason, Brendon and Raine. Predeceased by his wife Elsie Allen. Cremation services have been held. A private memorial will be held for the family. Donations made to a charity of choice will be greatly appreciated.
