Gary CHAPMAN Obituary

CHAPMAN, Gary Roland March 29, 1940 - August 8, 2018 Gary passed away suddenly at home on August 8, 2018. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends who remember him as a funny, caring, generous man. A Memorial Service for Gary will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at the Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto, 115 Simpson Ave.

Baseball has its Boys of Summer; City Park has its Boys of the Bench. Without Gary, the bench will just not be the same and City Park has lost one of its key attractions. Gary's T shirts were the talk of Alexander Street. Rest in peace, L C.

My wife Nancy, who died in July, and Gary were often on the phone together.

I was saddened to learn of his death.
He regaled us with stories about his time with the airlines.

Rest well Gary!

I have known Gary for a lifetime, he was a very special person, he lived an interesting life, travelled the world over and had friends everywhere. Rest in peace my friend, I miss you already.

I am very sad to have heard about my cousin Gary's passing. Even though we lived miles apart I always enjoyed our phone calls. He will be missed. May he rest in peace.
