To Pepe (angel in my eyes), her loving family,all my cousin and all of Gary's friends. No words can ease our pain or filled our lost. But knowing Gary, a man of few words, a man that give unconditional love to all he knew,a man who love to write and sing songs to those he loves, would want us to sing 2 songs when we think of him.

It was very sad to hear the passing of Gary De Nobrega.My deepest sympathy & prays goes to his grieving family.I will always remember Gary playing the guitar at Monica's home when I was in Canada.He was such a wonderful human being,happy go lucky,full of humour & the life of the party.These memmories will live in my heart forever.

Gary was the Calypso Monarch of Montreal in 1992 known as the Mighty Me and share the stage with many big calypso stars.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Auntie Peps. My fondest memories will always be the fun sundays we had at Grannies, filled with lots of love, laughter, food and songs starting off with BRABADAM BRABADAM! Uncle Gary will always be in our hearts and be remembered as truly Mighty. Thank you again for taking such good care of him, you have truly been a blessing for our family. Another one has been taken away from this great family, and I am sorry we could not be there in person. Gary has left us an example of how one should live.He gave everything to ensure the welfare of others.He has set the bar so high for us to follow in taking care of his brother and mother when they were ill along with his amazing wife (our Pepe).Someone even said that they believe he was called to sainthood immediately.I know he is in Heaven because of the promise of Jesus."for God so loved the world(Gary)that he gave his only Son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.John 3:16.Gary told me he knew he was going to be with Jesus when I visited him a month ago.I know for sure he'll be waiting to meet us on Heaven's shore.The parting is so temporary.May God grant strength to his Wife,brothers,sisters,friends and relatives and in-Laws who are grieving now.Until we meet again Gary. It was so nice to see you both here in Trinidad last year and to once again meet Gary who I had not seen since I was a young child. Dear Gloria, so sorry to hear about Gary, I am his cousin Jacqueline de Nobrega Collins. My husband David and I send our condolences to you, your family and Gary's.
I have many memories of Gary, but my most vivid is of him, Gregory and Raymond playing their guiters together in Guyana.
Makes me teary eye just thinking about it.
