George Padiak Obituary
Padiak, George (Jerzy) - 1921 - 2009 Passed away quietly at Copernicus Lodge on Tuesday, September 29, 2009. He is greatly missed by daughter Elizabeth and will be remembered with degrees of fondness by former colleagues and students of the Ontario College of Art and Design (25+ years, Interior and Industrial Design Departments) as well as customers, industry contemporaries and employees of Trend Pools and Seaway Pools East. Funeral Services will take place with family in the Czech Republic. Memorial donations may be made in his name to the Hospital for Sick Children towards the purchase of life sustaining equipment for the Neonatal Unit. For George with love and thanks - young people will continue to benefit. 'Bye for now' Bess
