Gerald Thomas WOJDON

WOJDON, Gerald Thomas - Jerry passed away June 29, 2013 at age 77 in California after a lengthy illness. His family was at his side. He was a devoted and beloved father of Donna Lombardi, Wesley Wojdon and Sandie Lorence. Proud Grandpa of Scott, Nicholas, Laney Lu, Miranda and Taylor. Irene's best friend and beloved brother and son of the late Joseph and Amelia Wojdon. A graduate of the University of Toronto, Mechanical Engineering. His career with Silgan Containers (US) spanned decades. He retired in 2001 as Executive Vice President. Jerry was a private man with great integrity, a wry sense of humour, unstinting generosity and an avid sports fan; loved golf, fishing, the Green Bay Packers and attending his grandsons' baseball games. We have a hole in our hearts but with the grace of God, he will live forever in our souls. A Memorial Celebration of his Life will take place in Toronto this fall.
