Gordon ECKARDT Obituary
ECKARDT, Gordon George - Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at the Lakeridge Health Oshawa Hospital in his 75th year. Loving husband and best friend of Fran for 52 years. Beloved dad of Lori, Bill and Arlene. Proud poppa of Vicky and Alex Ross. Predeceased by his sisters Mabel Mitchell, Retah Pellatt, Elsie Adams and Mary Elson. Family will receive friends at the O'Neill Funeral Home, 6324 Main St., Stouffville, 905-642-2855, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, May 10, 2015. Funeral Service will take place at the Altona Mennonite Meeting House (5475 Sideline 30, Pickering, ON), on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at the Altona Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Kidney Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family. If so desired, online condolences may be made at www.oneillfuneral.ca
