GUY ROSS

ROSS, GUY Peacefully, on Monday, May 28, 2018, at Credit Valley Hospital, at the age of 95. Beloved husband of Eleanor for 71 years. Cherished father of Gail and Jhan (Bill). Cherished Papa of Christopher (Shannon), Craig (Emma), Carrie and Michelle, cherished Great-Papa of Kaden, Milo and Brayden. Born in Barbados, he immigrated to Canada in 1953. Highlights of his career include working as a head of Operations at Sam Lord's Castle and Rockley Resort in Barbados and until his retirement in 1996 was a First Class Stationery Engineer working at Maple Leaf Gardens where he took great pride in keeping the Gardens running smoothly, especially the ice. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy. 10, N. of QEW) on Friday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 3 p.m. Online condolences may be made through www.turnerporter.ca
