HEDY MARY BANAR (nee KOSTOROWSKI) Passed away peacefully on April 21, 2016. Beloved wife to Ted. Loving mother of Teresa (Kelly Manson) and Janice (Richard Zajac). She meant the world to us and we'll miss her more than words can say. We would like to express our thanks to all those who were so supportive during her prolonged illness. Also we sincerely appreciate the great kindness and care that was given to Hedy by the staff of Downsview Long Term Care Centre over the last 2 ½ years. Family and friends are welcomed to the DEMARCO FUNERAL HOME "Keele Chapel", 3725 Keele Street, Toronto, Ontario, (between Sheppard Avenue and Finch Avenue, 416-636-7027), on Sunday, April 24th, from 2-4 p.m. and on Monday, April 25th, from 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 26th at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Polish Roman Catholic Church (1996 Davenport Road).
