HELEN (LENA) TEMOS Passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at the age of 92. Loving wife of the late Demitri (Jim). Beloved mother of Marianthi (Gary Floro) and William. Cherished Baba of Michael (Shelley), Peter, Joanne and James. Adoring great-grandmother of Lauren and Jacob. Visitation will be held at HERITAGE FUNERAL CENTRE, 50 Overlea Blvd., 416-423-1000, on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in St. Clement of Ohrid Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 2016. My condolences Mary for the loss of your mother. I found out too late. Your family and mine were close when we were young. It's been too long. May your mother rest in peace. She was a wonderful person.

I have fond memories of the Temos family. My father and mother Bill (Vasil) and Alexandra Giutsos were friends/neighbours while we lived on Mortimer Ave.
Sadly, my mother and father passed away long ago, but I think about the Temos family quite often. Brings me back to my childhood days. Hope they are in a better place now and they can continue their friendship.
My condolences to the family! May her memory be eternal.
