TONDL, Helen - Passed peacefully at home in Toronto on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at the age of 80 after a valiant and courageous battle with lung cancer for the last two years. Beloved wife of the late Karl. Loving mother of Peter and his wife Kathleen. Proud grandmother of Markus and Wyatt. Dear sister of Eddie Gorski and all the family and friends she has touched over the years. Friends and family may gather at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane Subway, on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. to say their last goodbyes. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Bonaventure Church, 1300 Leslie St., Toronto, on Thursday, February 7, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Prospect Cemetery.
