MALEC, Henry J. 1937 - 2022 Passed away peacefully, on August 19, 2022, at Sunnybrook Hospital, with his beloved wife, Wendy, by his side; he was in his 86th year. Henry enjoyed entertaining people, whether it was as a stage actor with an amateur musical theatre company or just kidding around with family and friends. He loved spending time at his cabin in Port Carling and he looked forward to spending time with his friends in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, every winter. He will be lovingly remembered by his brother, Ed (Stella); his niece, Carolyn (Chris Knaggs); his nephew, Ryan (Kristin Armstrong)' his grandniece, Katie Malec; his grandnephews, Andrew and Ben Knaggs; his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Jane and Jim Dundas and Sharon and Gord Gibson; as well as their families. Respecting Henry's wishes, there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. There will be a private interment. A Celebration of Life will take place at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery and Funeral Centre, 375 Mt. Pleasant Road, Toronto, Ontario, on August 31st, at 11:30 a.m. If desired, donations to a Charity of Your Choice would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
