IRENE HENRY Obituary

IRENE HENRY (nee ILLICH) 1921 - 2013 Passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Ile-Bizard, Quebec, at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Alfred Henry, she will be dearly missed by her daughters, Rosemary (the late Roland Schon), Linda (Jean Berthiaume) and Anita (David Strong), her grandchildren, Philip and Danielle Schon, Julie, Marc and Pierre Langelier, her step- grandson, Louis Berthiaume and by her great-granddaughter, Maihla Langelier. She also leaves to mourn her sister Mary Illich, sister-in-law Jovita Illich (the late Peter Illich) and numerous nieces and nephews. Irene, a champion African Violet grower and Master Judge, leaves behind many good friends throughout Canada and the United States. The family would like to thank everyone who supported her in her final days. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 boul. des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, (514-685-3344) on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. with visitation commencing two hours prior to the service. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
