Irving Peter Carroll

CARROLL, Irving Peter - (October 31, 1927-December 31, 2008) Peacefully at his home after a wonderful Christmas with his family. Predeceased by wife Marie and brothers Emerson and John. Loving father of Suzanne (Shawn), Judi (Kevin) and Peter. Proud Grampaw of Dylan, Kyle, Aaron, Isabel, Wesley and Daniel. Caring brother to Marilyn (Ed) and brother-in-law to Gwen and Agnes. Valued employee of Metro Toronto Roads and Traffic for many years. Treasured friend of Olive and of George. Irv will be sadly missed by his many friends and relatives. Friends and family are invited to the GIFFEN-MACK SCARBOROUGH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE, 4115 Lawrence Ave. E. (one block west of Kingston Rd.) 416-281-6800, for visitation on Sunday, January 4 from 2-4 and 6:30-8:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 5 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
