IVAN STOREY Obituary

STOREY, IVAN STANISLAUS November 13, 1933 - March 5, 2023 Ivan passed away peacefully, on Sunday morning at the Dorothy Ley Hospice in his 90th year. Ivan leaves behind a lasting legacy, including his loving wife of 62 years, Loretta; his late daughter, Mary (Peter); his sons, Lester (Moira), Kevin and Keith; his grandchildren, Sarah, David, Eric (Montana), Meaghan, Melissa, Rachel, Anthony, Simona and Giuliana; and all the RIO Club extended family The funeral visitation will take place on Thursday, March 9, 2023, from 2-5 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. at Turner and Porter Peel Chapel, 2120 Hurontario Street, Mississauga. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023, at 12:30 p.m. at Nativity of Our Lord Parish, Etobicoke. The Mass will be followed by the Committal at Assumption Catholic Cemetery, Mississauga. If desired, in lieu of flowers, contributions in Ivan's name may be made to Parkinson Canada or the Dorothy Ley Hospice.

To all of the Storey family, you have my deepest condolences. Mr Storey was such a kind man and when he smiled (and his eyes twinkled) then all seemed right in the world. I will always remember his kindness to me.
