Ivy Phillips

IVY PHILLIPS (nee TAPP) Peacefully, in her 90th year, on August 21, 2010 at Scarborough General Hospital. Predeceased by beloved husband Jack, sisters Helen Moran, Violet Burnside, Margaret McLean and brother Jim Tapp. Devoted mother of David (Jane), Michael (Susan) and Christine Watson (Paul). Sadly missed by her grandchildren Kristin Bennett, Adam Phillips (Sheena), Graeme Phillips, Allison Phillips, Michael Watson and Jonathan Phillips and her great- grandchildren Cameron and Caitlin Bennett. Fondly remembered by her sisters Ella Miles and Joyce Cahill, brothers-in-law Jack Moran and Bill McLean, sisters-in-law Audrey Gilbert and Irene Tapp and many nieces and nephews. Many thanks to the nurses and doctors on 3 Central for their kind care of Ivy during this time. As per Ivy's wishes, a private family memorial gathering will be held. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Scarborough Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
