My condolences to the family. To jake: may you now rest easy and find happiness in heaven. After attending highschool and program together i was blessed with the chance to get to know you better. You were infamous for writing positive quotes on the flip chart. Your laugh and smile could light up a whole room. Ill miss you always but forget you never. Youll always be my angel in the outfeild. We are so shocked and saddened with the news of Jake's passing. Life can be so unfair at times and it is not easy to understand why such pain exists but it is our wish for you to find peace. Jake is at rest now and will always be remembered as a bright light. He will not be forgotten and will always be loved by all who knew him. I was very sad to read this obit. I met your son when he was playing for Sacred Heart in his Grade 9 year. I remember him as a quiet polite young man with so much promise.I am truly sorry for the loss of your son.
