Dale was always so helpful when I was an MPP in the '80s, and a calm and supportive gentleman. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Dale and I worked together at Queen's Park in the 1980's. He was always the voice of calm and experience in the hurley-burley world of politics. He tried to get me to follow him to Ottawa during the early years of the Mulroney Administration...

Our family was young so Charmaine and I decided to stay in Toronto... We are glad we did because Dale's wife May became our son Tim's teacher at Presteign Heights Elementary School in East York.

Our deepest sympathies to May and all the family. Dale was a true gentleman and we know he will be missed.

My dear friend Dale, I can truly say that "I thank my God upon every rememberance of you".

Dale was a godly leader, a trusted advisor, a wise counselor and a faithful friend. He served his Lord with integrity, conviction, honour and consistency and with all his heart, mind, soul and strength.

Dale was a true Christian gentleman - kind, compassionate, tender, and noble. He and his wife, May, exemplify Christian grace, hospitality, generosity, kindness and love. His sons Ryan and Darren, and their wives Andrea and Erica, are wonderful and loving.

He will be greatly missed by his family and his many friends around the world.

Thank you Dale, my friend, for always living with eternity in mind. You have been an enormous blessing to me and to countless others.

"Well done, thou good and faithful servant, enter thou into the joy of thy Lord."

In Christ's love,
The Stavropoulos Family - George, Lisa, Louis, Anna, Louis & Nicholas

Dale was one of the finest gentlemen I've ever known. He was my faithful friend - and I thank God for the opportunity I had to know him and spend time with him. He enriched my life. He genuinely loved God, his family and Canada. We will be praying for May, their remarkable sons and all of his family members, during these days of loss.

I too worked with Dale at Queen's Park. As the manager of the then MTC Bay St. garage and chauffeuring services. I had numerous occasions to deal with Dale as the E.A. to the then minister Jim Snow. A finer person than Dale one could not find. A gentleman in
its truest meaning. He will be missed.

I worked with Dale during my years at Queen's Park with the former Premier, Bill Davis and it was always a pleasure to see Dale and work with him. His voice and quiet manner still ring clear with me. My deepest sympathy to his family.

My deepest sympathy to Dale's family and friends. I am so happy that he was able to see his two boys get married.

I will miss you, my dearest friend. Your battle was long and courageous. An inspiration. Dale was a wonderful person and a rare jewel......a diamond.

Much love.
