Jane JARRELL Obituary

JARRELL, Jane - Peacefully, at the Dorothy Ley Hospice, Etobicoke, on Thursday, November 1, 2012, at the age of 59. Beloved wife of Wycliffe Henry for 30 years. Cherished daughter of Jack and the late Doreen Jarrell. Dear sister of John Jarrell (Anita) and Susan Evely (Bob). Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke (between Kipling and Islington Aves.) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday. A service of remembrance will be held in the Chapel on Friday, November 9, 2012, at 3 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dorothy Ley Hospice. Online condolences may be made through www.turnerporter.ca

Jane and I worked together at two schools: Havenwood and Edenrose. She was a highly valued colleague. Years ago, Jane and I ran into one another at Hippie Fest, of all places, enjoying music from the 60's. Jane was one kind-hearted and cool gal.

I met Jane at Edenrose School a number of years ago.I remember her lovely smile and laugh.So sorry and saddened to hear of her untimely passing. My sincere sympathies to her family. Heaven has gained another bright star.
