Its been 26 days since you left us, Mom. My heart hurts the same as the day you went to your eternal home with the Lord in heaven. I cry a cry that I have never cried before, it was such an unfamiliar cry but its becoming so familiar now. Ive never felt THIS heartache before Mom, it lingers and does not disappear...I'm so thankful I got to spend the past 10 months with you during your illness at home, I learnt so much about who you really are and I hold those moments close to my heart. I remember the laughs we shared, I wish we had more laughs. Now I just watch videos of you, I have several- to hear your voice. I often rattle your house keys, just to hear the sound of you coming home, I know you are not coming home, but that sound is so comforting. I miss you Mamaface, I miss you so much. Nothing in the world can ease this heartache. I love you Mom.

Dear Stephen and family
So sadden to hear of Janet's passing...our hearts are broken...just cannot believe to hear this news...Thank you for letting us know. So enjoyed the fun and laughter we had for a few years...I will miss our catching up at Christmas, Janet...but we know you loved the Lord and we will see you again.
We are so very sorry for your loss.
We will remember her.
God be with you now and always.

I had the pleasure of working with Janet at Sheridan College for many years: when I think of Janet I am reminded of our daily laughs - not just chuckles - but full out belly laughs every day. My sincere condolences to the Mickalow family. Janet is in a better place now where no pain exists

I had the blessing of working with Janet for many years in the Continuing and Professional Studies Department of Sheridan College. Over the years, we became very good friends.
Janet was respected and admired for her professional work ethics. Janet took pride in her accomplishments in the workplace, especially supporting the students and teachers.
We shared a lot of good times, laughs, hugs, and stories.
Janet was very busy with her work and family, but she always found the time and energy to show love, care and support for my family. My children and I will be eternally grateful.
Janet was a role model of constant goodwill who always tried to make this world a better place for her family, friends, the Brampton community and for Sheridan College.
My family and I are sincerely heart broken over Janet's passing and want Janet's family to know that you will always be in our thoughts and prayers.
