Jean Crichton Obituary

CRICHTON, Jean R. (nee Robb) - Peacefully after a short illness at Markham Stouffville Hospital on Saturday, May 23, 2009 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of Jim for 60 years. Dear mother of Frank (Barb), Barb Woodcock (late Allen), Mary Wood (Barry) and Beth (Fred Pike). Loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Mary Rogers and the late Frank Robb. She will be missed by Stewart (Scotty) and Ila Crichton, Aileen Robb, and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME 166 Main Street North (Markham Road), Markham, on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Interment at Heritage United Church (Zion) Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Markham Stouffville Hospital would be appreciated.
