JEAN ELAINE McKEOWN October 5, 1941 - November 30, 2015 It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Elaine McKeown (Jacques) in Vancouver, British Columbia. She will be missed by her partner Ryozo, her children Kevin (Denise), Kyna and Christy and grandchildren Kaiya and Tula. A Memorial Service will be held at Kearney Funeral Services in Vancouver on Saturday, December 5, 2015.

To the family of Elaine: I am so sorry for your loss. There seems to be no words that can magically erase the sadness you must feel in the passing of your Mother,Grandmother and spouse.
While we have never met nor spoken to one another, I am also grieving for a person I met about a year or more ago here in the states. (Ferndale, Wa) I was introduced to Elaine by BARBARA JACQUES, Elaine's sister in-law. We hit it off right away! Elaine was so very easy to talk to and be around! She kept me informed on things she knew Barbara would like or need to know, as well as a 'hello, and how are you Mary? Even up until the last week of life, while in hospital, she e-mailed me to let me know of her surgery plans, and ended with Hugs, Elaine. I will miss her.
