Jeffrey SCHOUTEN Obituary

SCHOUTEN, Jeffrey John Died at Toronto General Hospital after a long illness, on June 12, 2018. He was 62. He was born on January 29, 1956 in Ossining, New York. Jeff will be dearly missed. He is survived by his soul mate, Stephanie Hazen, his mother, Renée, his sister, Erica (Shaun) and his brother Tim (Pat). Jeff was predeceased by his father, Richard Schouten and his sister Lisa. Jeff was a talented scenic painter in the film and television industry and an active member of his union, NABET. Longer notice to follow.
