JO-ANNE SAUNDERS Obituary

J0-ANNE SAUNDERS (nee SHAW) Peacefully passed away at Juravinski Hospital, Hamilton on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Jim (2011). Loving mother of Loraine Novak, Ellen Olechowski, Jane Grainger and her husband Dave, Craig and his wife Lynne. Cherished grandmother of Camille, Katie, Russell, Matthew, Michael, Jaime, and Samantha. Jo-Anne graduated nursing from Toronto Western Hospital in 1955. She was longtime member of St. Elizabeth's Anglican Church in Burlington. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Sunday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m., where a Service of Remembrance will be held on Monday, December 23, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow. If desired, expressions of sympathy to VOICE For Hearing Impaired Children, the Canadian Cancer Society or Juravinski Hospital would be sincerely appreciated by the family. www.smithsfh.com
