To Carol, Peter, Michael and David, and all the family...I have been so deeply saddened by the loss of your mom. She was like a 2nd mother to me and I will miss her greatly. She was always gracious, loving, kind and wise, with this extra added bit of spunk that I loved and admired. Coffee, fruit cake, fruit jello salad, and jam served in little bowls...these are just some of the comforts from her that I will treasure always. I will lovingly celebrate her life with you tomorrow.

Dear Michael and Lorraine: I want to extend my very deepest condolences on the loss of your mother, Michael. You and Lorraine have shared many wonderful stories with me, about her. I know that Joan was a very caring, compassionate woman who has been a strong presence - loving, guiding and supporting her family. She had interests and passions that have been shared with and passed down to her children, including her love of music and the arts, as well as her talent in gardening. Joan's kindness, devotion to family, and passion for life has also been handed down to her progeny. You have all been enriched and blessed, by having her as your mom. And I know that she will be greatly missed.
Love, Robin xo
