JOAN PATTERSON Obituary
JOAN PATTERSON (nee BELL) Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Monday, March 2, 2015 at the age of 82 years. Beloved wife of 63 years to Thom Patterson. Loving mother of Larry (Colleen Hauck), Steven (Cathy), Coleen, Chris Taylor (Kirk). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Jen (Randy), Geoff, Eric (Beth Holden) and great-grandchildren Emily, Colton, Ethan and Jared. Also survived by her sister Diane Bell. She was predeceased by her sister June. She will be remembered for helping so many through her work with Weight Watchers. She was a member of the North Bay Choral Society for 20 years. A celebration of her life will be held at HILLSIDE FUNERAL SERVICES, 362 Airport Rd., North Bay, on Thursday, March 5th at 4 p.m. Donations in memory of Joan to the North Bay Regional Health Centre - Renal Dialysis Care Fund would be appreciated by her family. The family would like to thank the staff of the North Bay Regional Health Centre, especially the Kidney, Renal and CCU units for the care given to Joan. We will miss you Joan, even though we didn't see each other often.Our visits were always a good trip down memory lane. You have been a guiding light in our lives and a very good friend when needed. You have served your time on earth, now come back to us as our guardian Angel.
