JOAN MARIE YEO

YEO, JOAN MARIE 1938 – 2022 On Sunday, January 9, 2022, at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville, at the age of 83. Joan was the beloved wife of her late husband, Don Yeo for 45 years, the loved mother of Tom, Trisha and Peter, and proud grandma of Phoenix. Predeceased by her parents, Tom and Laura Buttery and her siblings, Joyce, Glenn and Ted, Joan is survived by sister-in-law, Bev Hickey and many nieces, nephews and cousins. A lifelong resident of Bowmanville, Joan was an avid gardener, bird watcher and music lover. The family would like to thank the personal support workers from St. Elizabeth's Health Care and the staff in Continuing Care at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville for their compassionate care and patience.
