D'ACUNTO, John "Red" October 31, 1958 - November 15, 2017 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John "Red" D'Acunto on November 15, 2017. Beloved husband of Cathy. Loving father to Philip and Lisa. Devoted grandfather to Laura, Rosalina, Claudia and Gia. Caring son to Filippo and the late Silvia, adored brother to Nancy. John will be deeply missed by his nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 366 Bathurst Street (north of Dundas), on Sunday, November 19th from 2-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held in St. Francis of Assisi Church (72 Mansfield Avenue), on Monday, November 20th at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in John's memory would be appreciated by his family. Online condolences can be made at cardinalfuneralhomes.com
