I knew Jack for almost 35 years, I loved going to lunch with him and the retired NHL and other athletes, great guy, tireless advocate for minor league baseball, I worked for Yamaha and was proud that we always had a sign at the Pitts.RIP my friend, sorry I hadn't found out soon enough to be at your memorial.

Since 1998 I had been going to his Fan Forum to see countless former baseball legends and the seasons opener to follow. Enjoyed myself immensely!!

So very sorry to hear of Jack´s passing. We had many laughs and his baseball dinners were the best. RIP Jack.

My father, Louis Jannetta and Jack were friends for many years. On Sunday mornings Jack would come to George Bell Arena to watch my fathers hockey league, and say hello to many of his friends. I loved listening to his many stories with his fabulous sense of humor. Our sympathy and condolences to Jack's family .
