JOHN ELDER Obituary

JOHN DAVID ELDER Passed suddenly on April 25, 2015 at Credit Valley Hospital after a short courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 61. Beloved husband of Judy Neill and wonderful father of John Jr., Andrew and (step-son) Stephen. John is survived by his loving parents Elsie and John Sr. John was a member of the Mimico Lodge, No 369 A.F. & A.M. Visitation will be held at GLEN OAKS FUNERAL HOME (403/Dundas), Oakville, on Saturday, May 2, 2015 from 10 a.m. until time of service in the Chapel at 11 a.m. If desired, in John's memory, donations may be made to the Oakville & Milton Humane Society or the Canadian Cancer Society. We met John through our son and his son playing on the same team in Meadowvale. He had such a great sense of humour and always made the early practiices so much better. And through the years always had a story to make you laugh.. Rest in peace John .
