John LOMAX Obituary

LOMAX, John "Alan" Passed away after a long, courageous battle with cancer in Coquitlam, BC, on September 4, 2017, surrounded by his loving family, his wife Elizabeth and his children Lisa (Brian), Michael and Laura (Steve). He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Alexina and Max and sisters Gladys and Anne. He was dearly loved by all his extended family, including the family of his deceased sister Frances, and his friends. There will be a Celebration of Al's Life at Como Lake United Church, 535 Marmont St., Coquitlam, BC, on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. and in Toronto at Hart House, University of Toronto, 7 Hart House Circle, Toronto, Ontario, on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. Donations appreciated to Diabetes Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society.

Allan was a solid classmate at Queen's well regarded by all. It was great to catch up with Al at the last Comm '98 Reunion where our picture was taken in front of the staircase in the new Commerce Building
