John Maybury

JOHN MAYBURY On Saturday, January 31, 2009 John Maybury passed away from Mesothelioma Cancer (caused by asbestos), he was 66 years of age. Wonderful husband to Carol. Loving and proud father and father-in-law of Paul and Margot Maybury, Jeanette and Simon Tristram, Gary and Surya Maybury, Karen and Richard Marks. Adored Grandad of Oliver, Hannah, Thomas, Nathan, Lillian, Sasha, Uma and Kailash. John will be so very much missed by his many friends and work colleagues in Canada and the United Kingdom, and also by his brother Bob Maybury, his sister Kate Clark and his father-in-law Tom Brain. A visitation for John will take place on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Ostrander's Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell St., Tillsonburg, Ontario. The family will hold a Memorial Service for John at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Thornhill, Ontario on Friday, February 6, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. Ostrander's Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell St., Tillsonburg, 519-842-5221, entrusted with arrangements.
