McDONALD, JOHN ANGUS John passed away peacefully at home, on Monday, December 13, 2021. Beloved husband of Sybil McDonald (nee Slater) for over 70 years, who predeceased him in 2017. Loving father of Scott McDonald (Catherine), Kim McDonald-Taylor (Stan) and cherished grandpa of Charlotte, Rebecca (Andrew), Ian and Natalie. John was born July 2, 1926, in Wabash, Ontario, to Angus Malcolm McDonald and Euphemia Anne (nee Thomson). He was the consummate salesman running his own business Le Sport for many years. In keeping with John's wishes, cremation has taken place and he rests with Sybil at Innisvale Cemetery's Columbarium. A Celebration of Life will occur in the summer of 2022, when it is safe to gather. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations can be made to your local Animal Shelter, where John obtained many of his loving pets.
