JOHN A. 'JACK' McPHAIL 1937 - 2010 The family announces with great sorrow his peaceful passing with his family at his side at the Toronto Grace Hospital on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at the age of 72 years. Loving father of Sarah Couture-McPhail (Jeff Irving), David McPhail, Megan McPhail, all of Toronto, as well as the mother of his children Suzanne Couture. Cherished grandfather of Sascha and Gabriel. Dear brother of Shirley Zupancic (Tony), Jean Lajoie (late husband Chris), Florence Fournier (late Eddie), Eldon McPhail and Donald McPhail. Predeceased by his parents Donald and Madeleine McPhail, his brothers Rodrick McPhail, Murdock McPhail and sisters Audrey Barlow and Bernadette Sanderson. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. from the Miron-Wilson Chapel. Donations to the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation or to The Lung Association would be appreciated.
