John O'MALLEY Obituary

O'MALLEY, John Edward - (Veteran of RCAF; Member of Local UA46) Peacefully on Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Scarborough General Hospital at age 90. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis. Loving father of James and Cindy (Gerald Quackenbush) and the late Timothy, cherished grandfather of Patrick (Debbie), Brendan (Kendra), Becky, Chris, and Deanna. Proud great-grandfather of Blythe, Teagan, and Finleigh. John will be missed greatly by his sister, Jean Bechtel (of Huntsville), many friends at Cedarbrook Lodge, and neighbours of Jarwick Drive. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Covenant House or a charity of your choice. Many thanks to all the staff at Cedarbrook Lodge and Scarborough General Hospital. Family and friends may gather at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home and Cremation Centre "Scarborough", 4115 Lawrence Avenue East, West Hill, Ontario (1 block west of Kingston Road), 416-281-6800, on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 from 7 - 9 p.m. Memorial Service in the chapel on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 2 p.m.
