Have known Joe for over 40 years, also working with the CPR. He was always in a good mood when I had occasion to chat with him and a real gentleman.

Joe was one of the kindest people I have ever known. I would look forward to going to work and chatting with him while we went about our tasks. I will always treasure his memory.
