JOSEPH FUSCO Obituary

JOSEPH SALVATORE FUSCO After a lengthy illness at Humber River Regional Hospital - Church St. Site on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at the age of 85. Joseph passed away peacefully in the arms of his beloved wife Ann of whom he was married to for 60 years. Cherished and beloved father of Enza Pasquale (Edward) and Mary Ann Barkin (Dr. Marshall Barkin). Adored and loving grandfather of Michael Pasquale (Angelina), Julian Barkin, Theresa Cassar (Peter Paul), David Barkin and proud great-grandfather of Christian Cassar. Dear brother of Anthony Fusco Sr. and his wife Vincenza. He will be deeply missed by many nieces and nephews. The family is deeply appreciative of the medical care provided especially by Dr. Jack Barkin, Dr. Gavril Hercz, Dr. David Swartz, Dr. Jerry Zadyko and personal caregiver Rommel Salas and palliative care nurse Ben, and all who provided such loving care to Joseph in his final years. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W. (between Islington and Kipling), on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3055 Bloor St. W., Toronto (west of Royal York Rd.) on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 9 a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Humber River Regional Hospital Foundation or www.addus.org. Online condolences may be made through www.turnerporter.ca
