JOYCE BOWLES Obituary

JOYCE MACLAREN BOWLES November 23, 1925 - September 27, 2014 - Oh that smile - Passed away at the Markham Stouffville Hospital. Joyce will be sorely missed by her husband of 63 years, Frank. Loving mother of Larry (deceased 1988), Cathie (Ken) Robertson of Brooklin and Bill (Cheryl) of Comox, BC. Will be missed by grandchildren Danny, David, Christopher, Blake, Taylor and Adam. She will also be remembered by extended family members and friends. Joyce was an accomplished musician, having sang in many choirs over the years including the Winnipeg Philharmonic, the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir and the Festival Singers. Friends may call at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, 416-266-4404, on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 for a funeral service at 11 a.m., with visitation an hour prior. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Port Hope United Church, 34 South St., Port Hope, ON L1A 1R8. Online condolences may be left at www.jerrettfuneralhome.com
