JUNE LACKEY Obituary

LACKEY, JUNE LORRAINE (nee SCOTT) August 25, 1926- May 29, 2022 June Lorraine Lackey died in her sleep at 95 on Sunday, May 29th. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Lackey; son, Scott (Marilyn); and sister, Norma (Alan) Crawford. June (aka Jiggy, Junebug and AJ) was known for her love of curling, and the Blue Jays. She had a different outfit for every day, and always looked impeccable. The family would like to thank the entire staff of Chester Village LTC for their compassionate care over the past years. June will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her family and friends. As per her wishes, a private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please take a friend to lunch, and drink a toast to June.

My Sincerest Condolences to the Family. June and John were wonderful friends of our family and we all had great times in Parry Sound together over the years. They are both greatly missed.
